We are excited to announce the official kickoff of our Pray and Go outreach program on Sunday, August 4 during the 5 pm worship! This program represents a concerted effort on behalf of our church body to pray for those in our community by walking assigned streets with teams of 2 or 3 on Sundays, praying for residents at each address and leaving a door hanger to let them know that we prayed for them. The card will also have our church contact information and will provide an invitation for them to submit prayer requests by email or to call for more information. Training will be provided in sharing our testimony and the gospel message for residents who approach our team members and want to talk. The program will run in 11 week cycles for an initial period of two years. A large map has been placed in the church hallway so that the coordinator can update efforts with a highlighter pen.
